Togg Home Charger and Charging Cable
The Togg T10X and T10F use a Type 2 socket for AC charging and CCS2 for DC fast charging. To charge your Togg at home or at work, any Type 2 home charger (wallbox), a portable charger, or a Type 2 cable for public chargers will do – no Togg-specific device is needed.
The Togg T10X and T10F charge at 11 kW AC as standard; some long-range T10X versions offer 22 kW AC as an option. If your car doesn't have 22 kW, a charger above 11 kW won't charge faster – so for most Togg owners an 11 kW installation is the right and most economical choice.
Approximate times from empty to full (standard range ~52 kWh / long range ~89 kWh battery):
- 11 kW home charger: about 5–6 hours (standard range), about 8–9 hours (long range).
- 7.4 kW (single-phase 32 A): about 7–8 hours (standard range), about 12–13 hours (long range).
- 3.7 kW household socket: about 14–16 hours (standard range), over 24 hours (long range).
The energy used on a typical 40–60 km day is recovered in 1–2 hours at 11 kW, or overnight on a household socket.
- Daily charging at home with three-phase power: Bemis Charger Plus 2 (4–22 kW adjustable, app, RFID, load balancing), or Charger 2 if budget comes first.
- Shared car parks, shared use or billing: Charger Pro 2 (OCPP, load balancing, MID meter and GSM options).
- If you can't install a wallbox or charge in different places: a portable charger (3.7 kW on a household socket, 7.4 kW with a 32 A socket, up to 22 kW three-phase).
- For public AC chargers: a Type 2 to Type 2 charging cable (11 kW or 22 kW).
To charge a Togg at untethered public AC chargers and socketed wallboxes you need a Type 2 to Type 2 (Mode 3) cable. An 11 kW (three-phase 16 A) cable covers the Togg's standard AC power; a 22 kW (32 A) cable is recommended for cars with the 22 kW option or if you may change car later. At DC fast chargers the cable is attached to the station.
ENGN is an authorised Bemis dealer. In Bursa we offer a free site survey and install your home charger with our own team. The installation price depends on cable length (up to 10 m about TRY 15,000 + VAT); the exact price is given in writing after the survey, with a 5-year workmanship warranty.
The Togg T10X and T10F use Type 2 for AC charging and CCS2 for DC fast charging. All Type 2 home chargers, portable chargers and cables are compatible.
Most Toggs charge at 11 kW AC, so an 11 kW installation is enough. Only T10X versions with the 22 kW AC option benefit from a 22 kW charger. Charger Plus 2 power can be changed in the app, so you can start at 11 kW and upgrade later.
Yes, with a portable charger at up to 3.7 kW. It takes a long time (about 14–16 hours for the standard range); for daily charging a home charger is recommended.
Yes. The Truwatt Togg V2L adapter turns the Togg's charging socket into a 3-way power strip (16 A / 3.6 kW, 3, 5 or 7 m cable). There are separate versions for the T10F and T10X that do not work on each other's car, so choose your model when ordering.
