Industrial Lighting
How to choose industrial lighting
In industrial areas, luminaires must withstand dust, moisture and impact and deliver enough light to the floor from high ceilings. Weatherproof luminaires are used in car parks, warehouses, cold rooms and wet areas; LED high bay luminaires in factories, logistics centres, supermarkets and sports halls.
- Weatherproof luminaire: IP66, PC monobloc, aluminium or ABS housing; 60–150 cm lengths.
- High bay: 100–150 W is common at 6–8 m, 150–200 W at 8–12 m.
- Models with emergency kits light escape routes.
Lamptime luminaires are made to order with the colour temperature, housing colour and optic you choose and ship within 1–3 business days. For projects and bulk orders, write to us for help choosing luminaires and calculating quantities.
Wherever there is water and dust: car parks, warehouses, production areas, cold rooms, car washes and under canopies. IP66 gives full protection against dust and water jets.
Spacing is usually close to the mounting height: about 6–8 metres at 8 metres. We can carry out a lighting calculation for your project.
