Shipping

Shipping within Türkiye costs TRY 200.00 (incl. VAT). Orders of TRY 5,000.00 or more ship free. Dealer orders always ship free.

In-stock items are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment approval; delivery takes 1–3 business days depending on the carrier. The legal maximum delivery time is 30 days.

When your order ships, we send the carrier and tracking number by email and SMS.

Orders paid by bank transfer are prepared once the payment reaches our account. If payment isn't made within 3 days, the order is cancelled.

Check the parcel before accepting it; if it is damaged, have the courier record it and contact us.

We currently ship within Türkiye only. Shipping to European countries will start soon.
