You can pay by credit or debit card (PayTR secure payment, 3D Secure) or by bank transfer. Up to 12 installments are available on credit cards; any installment charge is shown on the payment screen.

Choose Bank transfer at checkout. Once your order is placed, our bank details appear on screen and in your email. Please pay within 3 days with your order number as the reference. Unpaid orders are cancelled after this period.

Shipping within Türkiye costs TRY 200.00; orders of TRY 5,000.00 or more ship free. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.

When your order ships, we send the carrier and tracking number by email and SMS. Members can also follow orders under My Account.

Yes. Enter your email and delivery details at checkout to order as a guest. A link to your order is sent to your email.

You can return an item within 14 days of delivery. See the Returns page for details.

We offer a free site survey and professional installation of EV chargers in Bursa. If your delivery address is in Bursa, you can request a survey at checkout; the installation price is quoted after the survey.

Log in and apply on the Dealers page. Approved dealers see prices excluding VAT with their group discount; the minimum order is ₺100,000 (excl. VAT).

Your invoice is issued with the individual or company billing details entered at checkout and sent to your email.
