Terms of Sale
These general terms are completed with your product, price and delivery details during checkout and presented for your approval. The Turkish version is legally binding; this translation is for information.

The rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered online, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Product details, price incl. VAT, shipping cost and payment method appear in the order summary and pre-contract information. Payment is by card (PayTR, 3D Secure; installment charges are borne by the buyer) or bank transfer. Transfer orders not paid within 3 days are cancelled.
Products are delivered within the legal maximum of 30 days after payment approval. The buyer should check the parcel on delivery and have any damage recorded by the courier.
The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason by notifying iletisim@engn.com.tr; the item is returned within 10 days and refunded within 14 days of receipt. Installed, used or custom-made items are excluded.
For defective products the buyer may use the remedies in Article 11 of Law No. 6502 (withdrawal, price reduction, free repair or replacement).
Installation is offered only in Bursa and is not included in the product price; a free survey is made on request and the installation price is quoted separately.
Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts in Türkiye are competent within the limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
