Affiliate Programme

This agreement is between ENGİN DEMİREL ELEKTRİK İNŞAAT TURİZM OTOMOTİV GAYRİMENKUL MÜHENDİSLİK SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("ENGN") and the person or company applying to the engn.com.tr affiliate programme (the "Affiliate"). By ticking the consent box on the application form, the Affiliate declares that they have read and accept these terms.

1. Application and approval

• You need an account on the site to apply. ENGN reviews applications and may approve or reject them without giving reasons.
• Dealers and ENGN employees cannot become affiliates.
• An approved Affiliate receives a personal link and discount code. The commission rate and the discount for customers using the code are set by ENGN on approval and shown under Account → Affiliate. ENGN may change rates for the future; changes do not affect earlier orders.

2. Attributing sales

• If a visitor who clicked the Affiliate's link places an order within 30 days, the sale is attributed to the Affiliate. If another affiliate's link is clicked within that period, the last clicked affiliate applies.
• If the Affiliate's discount code is used in the order, the sale is attributed to the owner of the code regardless of links.
• If the visitor clears browser data, orders from another device or the link cannot be tracked and no code is used, the sale cannot be attributed; ENGN is not liable for this.
• The Affiliate's own orders (same account, email address or phone number) and dealer orders do not earn commission.

3. How commission is calculated

• Commission is calculated on the products' amount excluding VAT, after discounts.
• Shipping, survey and installation services, extended warranty and any part paid with ENGN points or balance are excluded.
• If the customer uses the Affiliate's discount code, the code discount is deducted from the Affiliate's rate (e.g. 10% commission and a 3% code discount gives 7%). Orders that come via the link without the code earn the full rate.
• On sale (discounted) products, 50% of the commission is paid. The Affiliate's discount code does not apply to sale products.

4. Confirmation and payment

• Commission on a paid order is shown as "pending". After delivery, once the 14-day return period has passed, it is confirmed, and it becomes payable 28 days after delivery.
• If the order is cancelled or fully refunded the commission is removed; partial refunds reduce it proportionally. If an order whose commission has already been paid is refunded later, the amount is deducted from future payments.
• When payable commissions exceed 5.000 TL, they are paid by bank transfer to the IBAN registered in the Affiliate's name in their account. Smaller balances carry over to the next period.
• An Affiliate who can issue invoices (company or sole proprietorship) issues an invoice to ENGN for the commission before payment. Payments to individual Affiliates who cannot issue invoices are made under applicable Turkish tax law (expense voucher and required withholdings), deducted from the amount paid. The Affiliate is responsible for the accuracy of their tax details.

5. Promotion rules

• The Affiliate promotes ENGN and its products honestly and accurately and makes no promises about price, warranty, offers or delivery that are not on the site.
• In social media and other posts the commercial relationship is clearly disclosed (#ad, #collaboration or similar), in line with Turkish advertising regulations and influencer guidelines.
• Search ads on Google, Meta or other platforms using "ENGN", "engn.com.tr" or brand names sold on the site (or similar terms) are not allowed; domains and social media accounts containing these names may not be created, and the Affiliate may not pose as an official ENGN account.
• Unsolicited bulk email and SMS, misleading or forced-click methods (auto-redirects, hidden links, cookie stuffing, etc.) and publishing the code on coupon sites are not allowed.
• ENGN's logo and product images may be used only to promote ENGN and without modification.

6. Breach and termination

• If this agreement is breached, ENGN may suspend or end the partnership; commission on sales obtained by non-compliant methods is not paid.
• Either party may end the partnership at any time. Commission on compliant orders placed before termination is paid under this agreement.
• ENGN may amend this agreement; changes apply to orders placed after publication on the site and are notified to the Affiliate by email.

7. Personal data

• Information given in the application (name, contact, tax and IBAN details) is processed under the Privacy Notice to run the partnership, make payments and meet legal obligations.
• The Affiliate sees only the order number, date, status and commission amount; customers' personal data is not shared.
• Only the affiliate code and click time are stored in the browser of a visitor who arrives via the link, for 30 days.

8. Other provisions

• The Affiliate is not an employee, representative or agent of ENGN and may not enter into contracts or collect payments on ENGN's behalf.
• This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of Bursa have jurisdiction.
