DC Fast Chargers
How to choose a DC fast charger
A DC fast charger bypasses the car's on-board charger and feeds the battery directly with direct current, adding meaningful range far faster than AC charging. It suits cafés, restaurants, hotels, shopping centres, fuel stations, motorway services and fleets.
- Power: choose by dwell time. Where cars stay an hour or more, 40–120 kW; for short stops, 160–200 kW.
- Connectors: the 40 kW model has one CCS2 connector; 80–200 kW models have two and charge two cars at once.
- Infrastructure: transformer and switchboard capacity, cable route and groundworks determine installation cost.
- Operation: with OCPP 1.6J / 2.0.1 the station connects to a charging network operator for paid charging.
The DC charger prices on our site are for the unit only and for information. After a site survey we prepare a quote including infrastructure, installation and commissioning.
With AC, the car's on-board charger converts the power and speed is usually limited to 11–22 kW. With DC, conversion happens in the station and the battery is fed directly at 40–200 kW or more.
No. Prices are for the unit only. Installation depends on the project, so we quote unit and installation together after a site survey.
They use CCS2 and support all DC-capable electric cars sold in Turkey. The 150–1000 V output range covers 400 V and 800 V vehicles.
