Data is processed on the grounds of contract performance, legal obligations, establishing and protecting rights and legitimate interest (Art. 5/2); marketing messages are based on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Marketing emails and text messages are sent only if you have given separate consent in the account, checkout or newsletter forms; consents are reported to the Turkish Message Management System (İYS). You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Unsubscribe" link in every email, under Account → Details, or through İYS. In marketing emails we measure whether the email was opened and whether links were clicked; an order placed after clicking a link is matched to that email. If you leave items in your cart and have given marketing consent, we may send you a reminder email.

Data may be shared, limited to these purposes, with the payment institution (PayTR), carriers, SMS and email providers, the hosting provider, accounting/ERP providers and competent authorities on request.

Data is collected electronically through our website's account, checkout, contact and application forms, cookies and customer service channels.

Data is kept for statutory periods (e.g. 10 years for commercial records) or otherwise as long as the purpose requires, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and recipients, request correction, deletion or destruction and notification of these to recipients, object to automated decisions against you and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
