The Bemis Charger Pro 2 is a professional AC charger designed for shared car parks used by several people. On residential sites, apartment blocks, hotels, offices, factories and fleet car parks it lets each user charge with their own card, tracks consumption per person and keeps within the building's electrical capacity.
The charger connects to a three-phase supply; charging power is set in 6, 10, 16 and 32 A steps to about 4, 7, 11 and 22 kW. Dynamic load management (DLM) automatically lowers charging power when other loads in the building rise, so more cars can be charged safely on the existing supply. With OCPP 1.6 support it connects to charging network operators or your own management software; Bemis's shared-use software and management panel are free.
RFID card reader, LCD display, Wi-Fi, mobile app and scheduled charging are standard. If Wi-Fi doesn't reach your car park, the GSM module version connects the charger to the internet over a mobile network (4G). MID-metered versions measure the energy delivered with certified accuracy, so the building management or business can pass on consumption to users based on this measurement.
The tethered version has a fixed 5 m Type 2 cable; with the socket version each user plugs in their own Type 2 cable. ENGN is an authorised Bemis dealer. Workmanship carries a 5-year warranty; the charger has a 2-year manufacturer's warranty.

Both are 4–22 kW adjustable with OCPP 1.6 and dynamic load balancing. Charger Pro 2 comes with a GSM (4G) module option for shared car parks, so the charger stays connected to the management system even in underground car parks without Wi-Fi. For one car at home, Charger Plus 2 is usually enough.
It depends on the building's electricity contract and other loads in the car park. With dynamic load balancing the chargers share capacity, so more can be installed on the same supply than without it. We survey in Bursa and give you a recommendation for the number of chargers and infrastructure.
Each user starts charging with their own RFID card or the app, and consumption is recorded per user. The MID-metered version measures this with certified accuracy, so the building management or business can use these records when passing on costs.
When there's no Wi-Fi signal in the car park or the charger should work independently of the building's network. The GSM module connects the charger to the internet over a mobile network (4G).
Yes. It is compatible with all electric and plug-in hybrid cars that use Type 2 (IEC 62196-2). Togg, Tesla, BYD, MG, Hyundai, Kia, Renault, BMW, Mercedes, Volkswagen and all other cars sold in Turkey use this standard for AC charging. Charging power is set by the car's AC charging power; if your car accepts 11 kW, the charger can be installed at the 11 kW level.
No. Installation is not included. For residential and business installations, the cable route, board, breaker and residual current protection are determined during the survey; the survey is free in Bursa and the installation price is given in writing.
