The Lamptime BS24 is an LED strip running on 24 V. It is used to create continuous lines of light in cove ceilings, under cabinets, on shelves, furniture, stairs and decorative niches.
Its flexible design follows corners and curves; it can be cut at marked intervals to the required length. Used with an aluminium LED profile, it lasts longer and the light looks more even.
The LED strip is sold on 5-metre reels; the price is per reel (5 metres). For 10 metres add 2 reels to the basket, for 15 metres 3 reels.
Protection rating IP20, electrical safety Class III.
Choose a colour temperature between 2700K–6500K: warm white (2700–3000K) gives a cosy light in homes, hotels and restaurants; neutral white (4000K) suits workspaces such as offices, shops and kitchens; cool white (5000–6500K) is preferred for technical areas and warehouses.

Frequently asked questions
24 V strip is preferred for long runs: it draws less current at the same power and there is less voltage drop towards the end. For short, small applications 12 V is enough.
Multiply the wattage per metre by the total length and choose a driver about 20% larger. For example, 5 metres of 14 W/m strip needs 70 W, so an 80–100 W driver is suitable.
2700K or 3000K warm white is recommended for living areas, bedrooms, hotels and restaurants; 4000K neutral white for offices, shops, kitchens and bathrooms; 5000K and above cool white for warehouses, workshops and technical areas. Using the same colour temperature for all luminaires in a room gives a consistent look.
